No.4 Clifton Village Wedding
Clifton, Bristol
It’s always a pleasure when I’m asked to be a No.4 Clifton Village Wedding Photographer.
This beautiful venue is set in the heart of Bristol’s gorgeous Clifton village, just a stone’s throw from the iconic Suspension Bride and a short stroll from the Bristol Downs.
I’ve shot lots of small weddings at No.4 Clifton village and it’s the perfect venue for a micro-wedding. It’s beautifully decorated and has multiple different spaces, including the Admiral ceremony room, the Galley Bar and the Secret Garden.
A Hidden Gem in Clifton
Clifton Village is a beautiful part of Bristol cobbled streets, independent shops and that unmistakable Bristol character — and No.4 fits is a classic Clifton building. It’s warm and welcoming, with a layout that lends itself perfectly to smaller, micro weddings.
No.4 even has a small walled garden. In the warmer months, this space is ideal for drinks receptions, al fresco dining, or just a quiet moment away from the busyness of Clifton village.
Why Choose No.4 Clifton Village?
For couples planning a smaller Bristol wedding, No.4 Clifton Village is an awesome choice. The venue specialises in intimate celebrations, with spaces that perfectly hold fewer guests, without them feeling lost. It can host ceremonies, wedding breakfasts and private dining for around 40–50 guests, but I’ve shot weddings much smaller than this, and it’s felt perfect.
Because everything is under one roof, the flow of the day is super easy and relaxed. Guests can move between rooms and the garden easily, keeping the day simple.
No.4 Clifton Village offers bespoke packages for weddings, corporate events and private parties.

Intimate Weddings at No.4 Clifton Village
No.4 Clifton Village is a small, independent boutique restaurant and events venue which hosts weddings for up to 50 guests. The building itself is a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse. The restaurant prides itself on championing local suppliers and boasts unrivalled service, setting it apart from other Bristol wedding venues.
No.4 Clifton village is fully licensed and has many years’ experience in hosting weddings. Registrars from Bristol register office can be booked to conduct your ceremony in its newly decorated Admiral ceremony room. The whole venue has been thoughtfully styled and boasts grand fireplaces, wooden floors, and contemporary decorations. The décor needs little additional styling for weddings, making it the perfect wedding venue for newly engaged couples looking for a venue to host intimate weddings with gorgeous food and minimal fuss.
Rodney Place is perfectly situated for guests to enjoy what Bristol city has to offer. Clifton is one of the most prestigious areas of Bristol with gorgeous Georgian architecture, the suspension bridge, Clifton observatory and the Clifton Downs. There are also numerous independent shops, restaurants, and cafes, enabling your wedding guests to truly make a city-break out of your wedding weekend. Ashton Court is also within walking distance via the suspension bridge and truly comes alive during the Bristol balloon Fiesta!
A Seasonal Menu at No.4 Clifton Village
The restaurant focuses on seasonal, British-inspired menus. Ingredients are locally sourced, and the offering changes throughout the year to reflect what’s in season, which I just love, as we eat this way at home.
Alongside its à la carte dining, No.4 is also known for its afternoon tea — a lovely option for birthdays, baby showers or pre-wedding get-togethers.
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available, and the team can easily accommodate dietary needs.

I’m Becky, a Herefordshire-based wedding photographer drawn to real connection, quiet moments, and the emotional undercurrent of a wedding day.
My background in nursing, and my own experiences of love and loss, mean I photograph with deep sensitivity and care — always tuned in to how a day feels, not just how it looks.

My approach is natural, honest, and documentary-led, creating photographs that allow you to return to the emotion of your day for years to come.
I regularly photograph weddings across Bristol, and I love to capture weddings at No.4 Clifton Village.
